Despite what others may have experienced at this facility, we had an excellent one! My papa admitted to Powdersville for rehab earlier this year and we were pleased with it. The staff were caring and always friendly. The rooms and halls stayed clean, and the therapy team helped my papa get back home safely! Thank you Powdersville Post Acute for helping turn my Papa’s tragic accident into a positive turnaround.

I appreciate the hard work everyone does to care for those sweet souls! I know it’s a hard job and no one cares for your loved ones as much as you would – but they are willing to do what they can to help get the patients the care they need!

We sent my Mom there because it was close to home and most of the reviews were good..She was there 2 days and begged to go home..She was there for rehab and didnt get any..the only food she got was pea salad and tuna sandwich..patients were roaming the halls and coming in her room at night. She normally doesnt complain so we got her out of there.

Everyone here is so kind and generous with smiles and helpful! I am so happy my Mother is here with all these wonderful people that I can tell genuinely care for her ♥️

Powdersville Post-Acute is on a great location. It’s quiet and easy to get to. The staff was all really friendly and the building was nice and clean. I was humbly surprised. Thank you!

So far the facility and staff have been great. They are very helpful in accommodating to the needs of not only the patient but also family.

Terrible patient care. My mom was a patient for a few weeks. I left a few messages for the nursing director and never received a response. My mom would go without meds and assistance after hitting call button. On one occasion she called for meds and the CNA came in every 15 minutes to turn her call light off and say that she told the nurse. This went on for an hour. She only had clean linens once, and frequently complained of being cold. No extra blankets available. Not a clean, well staffed facility.

So thankful I got my sister in another facility. I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but when it deals with your loved ones people need to research and look into places. My sister was always saturated in urine no matter what time of day. One day I came in and asked for sheets to change her and they said they didn’t have anymore! They said their dryer was broke for a few days and someone was going to have to take stuff to the laundry mat and another week their washing machine was broken. A business like that that is getting their entire checks in too if all the money from Medicaid they should be able to have money to take care of the patients!! I was like well she can’t just sit in it! One day I came in and they had no pads another day they had no briefs!!!! Her clothes I had to keep taking home myself because they would let them just sit in urine in the closet!!! There is an ice chest in the hallway like a dang igloo cooler where patients…yes patients just roll up and get THEIR OWN ice and put it in their cups!!! This CAN NOT be dehec approved in the least! Thankfully I got her transfered to another facility and grateful I did because there was not a good day there at all! And all this happened in less than 3 weeks!

If I could give it a 0 I would. This place is the reason my mother died when she did. They had no AC, no full oxygen tanks, it was filthy. Her oxygen dropped to 30 while there was no crash cart ready. My brother rushed to her house to get an oxygen tanks, her eyes started rolling in back of her head. My brother and sister were screaming running up and down halls. Finally EMS came while they begged and pleaded. I met them at Greenville memorial where she passed away 24 hours later. She didn’t have too. Nobody there seemed phased not to mention people are in wheelchairs in the lobby just drooling on themselves . If you hate your loved one take them there. It’s where you go to die.

This place I don’t recommend for anyone as of December 5,2024 My mama was there for rehab and last night my brother had to go there because he couldn’t get a hold of our mother well she had to be brought to the hospital for fluid on her lungs , UTI and my brother went back today to get her stuff and they had already packed her stuff up so where is my mother’s stuff and how do you do something with someone stuff and pack them up like they was a nobody!!! I am very upset and do hope all of my mama has been put upand nothing missing but how do you do that just pack someone stuff up and take their name off the door especially without calling someone to come get it this outrageous and not business like.

I have tried to call 5 times tonight have not gotten an answer and when someone does answer she says that I have the wrong number. Not good at all!!! DO NOT SEND ME A MESSAGE TO CALL YOUR FACILITY AND DISCUSS THIS MATTER, I WILL BE THERE TO DISCUSS IT IN PERSON!

This place is terrible. The staff is rude and simply fo not do their jobs. We took clothes and a blanket for our mom and it was all stolen but nobody knows where anything went, of course. Just an over all terrible experience.

This place is horrible. The care sucks, there is not enough staff to care for the patients, there was a Covid outbreak that families was not told about, and my mother fell in the shower and broke her kneecap because there was only 1 very pregnant CNA in the shower room with her trying to maneuver her wheelchair. Not to mention the bed sores and lack of cleaning that my mother has received. I DO NOT recommend placing anyone you love at this facility!!!

I would give less stars if possible. The Leadership and Management needs to be changed here. I understand it’s a nursing home and not the Ritz Carlton. But the workers besides these 3 workers need to go or find a different profession. Charissa, Rosa(CNA), Mya(CNA) are great. Velvet the head nurse is horrible. My father was in this place because of his health and rehab issues. If the residents press the button for help they don’t come at all. If they do they don’t help. When we visited him there they were openly rude to us. I couldn’t imagine what they are doing to residents when we are not there. I tried contacting corporate and their director about some concerns never respond back. That shows how horrible this place is if possible and this is a choice don’t go. If you don’t God be with you. Because the lack of care of my father he passed away. From UTI and Kidney infection. They would not help with his bowel movements. I personally had to go to the CVS IN Greenville to buy an anemia. I bought a 4 pack they gave him one. And then they just happened to disappear nowhere to be found. The head nurse said that a suppository. Wouldn’t help but when we gave it my father a loaf of Bread bowel movement came out of him. Nurse Velvet are you sure that doesn’t work. Because it did very sad on how this place is open. Please read the other reviews they match up to my review.

1 star because it won’t let me put 0. I got here yesterday. They were fixing a bed for me as I was rolled in from the hospital. This night crew knows nothing about what is going on and they are not giving me my medicine. I’ve been left to my own to try to get to the toilet on 1 leg while they sit out there and chatter and giggle all night. Whoever hires these people needs to seriously look into their human resources system. My option is to soil myself and hope they clean me up or break my foot again trying to go to the toilet. I am definitely going to talk to my lawyer.
